They announced my promotion today at work

Today they sent out the email announcing my promotion. It was a very nice email written by my boss. I got out of a meeting and had 30 emails from coworkers congratulating me. The congratulatory emails kept trickling in all day. My boss also sent flowers. It's been a very nice day.

I'll be posting chapter four of Under Their Skin on Saturday or Sunday.

Thanks, hon! My parents and sis took me out to lunch today. I was gonna pay but they insisted on it.
