I read a couple Gladwell books and decided I didn't want to read any more because I felt they were really misleading and not particularly helpful. The one I remember was about snap judgements - the title said something about what to do about it, but actually just told a bunch of stories with no useful information.

The foreclosure stuff is just crazy. did it say how long the robosigning has been going on? I know we heard a lot about it during the housing market crash but i wonder if this is just when it was finally coming to light.

also, if i could afford a cleaning service, i would be all over that :D
