It's a great idea to work on detaching from the outcome. I know I need to do this more, and it's so damn hard. I would of course LOVE to have her there with us on Saturday, but I totally get that she might feel like she has to do stuff with the family. But she absolutely deserves (and needs) a break. Fingers crossed that she decides to come :)
