We had a great time at NYE too! Maybe next year we aim for 11 instead of midnight lol. Where did the waffle iron end up being? And nice bonus getting some stuff cleaned out in the process! We got a waffle iron for our wedding and I've been making them regularly since then (but I use a mix instead of being fancy like doris). I like wafflers lol.
