New X-men fanfic glee

Oh yeah! I have 3 pages written of my new X-men fanfic and don't even want to stop to do this post. I have a robust outline finished (thank you [livejournal.com profile] denisia for looking it over) and the ideas are flowing!

It really feels good to be writing X-men again, after 4 years.

Hey, did you get my message yesterday about Game Night on April 5?? I hope you can make it.

I am so psyched to be writing X-men again!! I love it.

LCCP was good. Attendance was low but I got compliments on my dress (we met up with 2 couples from the parenting Meetup) and Doris and I danced a bit. It wasn't great but it was nice.

They have a silent auction, and one of the names of a bidder on the silent auction was this girl I went on 3 dates with (before Doris, of course!) I gotta tell you the story if I haven't already. I didn't actually see her at the ball though, just her name. There are so many people there that it's hard to run into people.

Yes, please do go ahead and invite others. Laurie can't make it. I haven't called Chris yet.

I won 2 items in the auction. It seems they were way low on bids this year! One was an hour of career coaching and the other was tickets to some theater. (They're mailing me the details).

That I don't know. She bid on one item but I don't know if they called her on Monday about it.
