I was thinking about your knee yesterday while running. I think the chiropractor is a great idea, but I think it might also be a good idea if you went to your GP and had them take a look at it, too. If nothing else, it will give you a baseline so that if, God forbid, it gets drastically worse, you'll be able to chart the progress and be best able to determine therapies/treatments.
