In my dealings with cicadas, I just repeat silently to myself 'They don't bite. They can't hurt us. They don't bite...'
It's really just the squick factor one has to contend with. But yeah. It's pretty gross to get one on your boobs. I'll never again complain about the time one landed on my sock. :)
