Fireflyfans.net weirdness

Fireflyfans.net is treating me strangely. Last year, I got an account there and posted fanfic. Never once did I get a notification when someone left me a review. I shrugged and just made a mental note to periodically check the site for reviews. And then...out of the blue...today I get an automated email from the site telling me that I got a review. I didn't change any of my settings on there or anything. Weird, huh?
