My favorite magazine is Bitch magazine . It's a funny, feisty mag with lots of fresh commentary on images of women in the media, and women in society overall. It's also obviously not a magazine that receives tons of ad revenue and, like most indie magazines, has to fight to stay in business. One thing that helps them is to get new subscribers.
