Is it ok to put a serious item and a not-serious item in the same post?

shar_bernadotte? She has posted a ton of fanfic in her journal, posted/commented a ton to ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
azazel_riptide - all as recently as yesterday. Today her journal is deleted! Does anyone know her and know if she's ok?
Not serious item - Is the icon I'm posting with wrong? Is it wrong to have an icon that shows a character you love (Riptide) getting blasted against a submarine? Am I this desperate for icons with him in them?
