1. The weekend is almost here! Not much planned except I'll be staffing the Dems' booth at the farmer's market for a shift Saturday. Then Doris will get home from work and we'll go to a restaurant we love that we haven't been to for a while. (Ground Control). And Sunday Chris is coming to caulk our bathtub.

3. I keep meaning to post this one. I recently was at the upscale resale shop Trends. A woman was trying to get them to consign her shoes, and she asked why they didn't accept them. The manager told her it's because they're high heels, and that heels just aren't selling well and that flats are. I loved that.
