3 Things

 
1. The weekend's been great so far despite the really hot weather. I went to the immigration rights rally (though I didn't stay too long since it was 90 out).

3. Also, fangirl update. (Not sure if this belongs to a list of things to be grateful for but here goes). For a while, I was thinking I was done with intense fangirling. I had my OTP on Star Trek Discovery, they will be back next season, but I haven't missed the fangirling thing or done any fangirling since Season 1 ended. I can't explain how but Agents of SHIELD just crept up on me. Didn't even like the show at first and was going to abandon it during Season 1, though fortunately Doris convinced me to keep with it. So it's been like I'm in a car that was (and is) moving really slowly towards full-on fangirl. I think somewhere in the last week or so, I crossed the line to fangirl world. Love the show, and I have my OTP (FitzSimmons). I still have about 8 episodes left in Season 5 to watch and I'm really trying to avoid spoilers and avoiding a lot of the fannish stuff on the internet until I'm caught up. But yeah, I think I went full-on fangirl. 

I'm just surprised at how slowly it happened. Seems the last few fandoms were like a switch in my brain was flipped, rather than a leisurely stroll towards fan-world. 

Haven't written any fanfic yet, and AO3 has like 1,700 FitzSimmons fanfics, but I'll probably slowly board the fanfic train too.
