I'll keep my 3 Things focused on fandom because reasons. Though I should add that we had another great game night yesterday, Doris is awesome, and I'm glad that she was able to pick up takeout from Handlebar yesterday because it was really good.
1. There was some con that was supposed to be happening somewhere in Europe but obv it couldn't go on as normal, so they switched it online. They opened up these things where you could purchase a videochat with an actor. Neither of my OTP was an option but another actor on the 100 announced she'll donate her fees to Slaughterhouse Survivors. So I booked my chat with her, it was today and it was awesome! She asked for my IG handle and said she's going to do IG chats with all of us as a group since today's chats were so brief.
2. Got another beta tester. Not sure how her comments will be but she's enthusiastic.
3. And I had a...good? experience that I'm a bit bemused on. Posted chapter 5 of the sequel to my fic. On ffnet it's gotten a decent amount of comments. It had nothing on A03. About 30 kudos but no comments. So at the end of the latest chapter I basically wrote words to the effect of: "Hey guys? Is anyone reading this? I haven't gotten any comments on it at all, so I have no idea if you love it or hate it or what. I'd really love some feedback." And weirdly? It worked. I got like 6 different comments. I hate having to beg but....well there you go. The life of a fanfic writer today. Unless you write Clexa coffeeshop AUs.
