Let's put some gratitude on a page!

 
- Okay, I will start with Sachin gratitude and then move onto other things, I promise. I still can't believe we had that great Zoom call Thursday!! Ahhh!! Also, he posted like a week ago saying already enough people have purchased enough Cameos to buy 4 bikes for kids in India to use to get to/from school. (He is donating his proceeds from Cameo). And he tweeted about the project that he and others are pitching. Looks like the producer guy is a big name (or, uh, big-ish name?)  who's had shows made on Apple+ and elsewhere. My friend F says she doesn't think he would've shared it so broadly if it didn't have a decent chance of getting picked up. Fingers crossed!! (And needless to say, it might not get picked up, and if it does, all sorts of things can happen - including the powers that be deciding to replace Sachin with someone else).

- We got a used elliptical machine, which is something I've always wanted. Someone brought it over and carried the pieces inside. My friend Eric helped us carry them to the basement. Doris assembled it. I am so lucky!!! And I love it!

- I fell on ice on Thursday. I'm a bit bruised but thank goodness it wasn't worse

- I got a new pair of Crocs. It is amazing how much more supportive and firm they are

- And I had a great experience that involved needing to get a birthday gift for a coworker, her requesting a donation to Marie Newman's campaign, and Marie herself calling me.
