Random stuff

 
I've been slow on gratitude posts lately.

1. I didn't eat much when I was sick. When I started getting better, one day I ordered Asian food on Door Dash. That was really nice. Something about the flavors and all those crisp veggies they use really hit the spot.

2. Got a belated Christmas gift from Ann. Issues of Poetry magazine!! I just love looking at them stacked on my bedside table, and Ann wrapped them up real nice with beautiful paper that I still have on all the issues except the one I'm reading.

3. I got a very complimentary email from a coworker and it went to my boss and she shared it with me

4. Working through my to do list for the Shadow and Bone convention, which we leave for in 24 days. 

5. My weight has been low the last two weeks, though duh I'm sure it's largely due to the fact that when I was sick, I didn't eat much more than a bit of soup for 4 or 5 days. I have been trying to keep the junk/fat out since I recovered


Where's my fandom stuff? Well, I don't have much but I have been chatting with a few Malec fans. It's hard to find them; this fandom is such a paradox. A big fandom with tons of fics and yet at the same time it feels like a ghost town. Or maybe it's more like everyone has already found their niche, their fandom friends, their section of the bar. :)

Sachin didn't answer my last few messages on Cameo and I miss him. (He did respond to something on IG several weeks ago and that was nice). Maybe I just order another Cameo from him.
