Let's do some gratitude and stuff!

 
- Game night yesterday! Not only was Ann's cousin Mico there, but her boyfriend Marty came for the first time and he's cool. (Extra bonus? Mico saw my Malec pic on my fridge. Commented that they were cute. I jokingly showed her more pics of them on my phone. Then the next day Ann tells me Mico watched the first 5 eps of Shadowhunters omg omg omg!!)

- The Saturday before that - lovely day. Walked a lot, took public transit, tried a new restaurant in OP that had vegan options.

- Last Sunday, Doris and I went to brunch. Wanted to try a place called Paulie Gee's as they had a few vegan options. Didn't love the food, but we were both glad we went and tried something new, and the server was great.

- Having time to sit with the books I'm reading and enjoy them along with some tea

- Texting Tina over stupid inside jokes from the TV show "V" that we watched growing up. We wondered why it is so much easier to remember random stuff from 40 years ago than from 4 days ago.

Lots of fandom stuff

- Starting with....posted a new Malec fic today! Stepped away from the computer. Three hours later I see I have 11 new messages from A03!!! The fic is surpassing my hopes.

- And been just writing a ton. Before starting the above Malec fic, I wanted to finish up a Wesper fic for an exchange I signed up for. I finished it and am very pleased with it. I think in the past 10 days or so, I've easily written 13,000 words or more. And even better? I LOVED writing all of this!!

- My older Malec fic surpassed 100 kudos - in fact, it's at 109 now!

- I missed hearing from Sachin so I finally just requested a Cameo. His Cameo was SO awesome!! He was just so sweet and happy to hear from me. Said he was doing lots of auditions. He asked me questions about myself in it, including referencing stuff from OUR COFFEE DATE A YEAR AGO!!! I messaged him my replies and he messaged right back!!

- And the actor Jack who played one half of Wesper....he just won an award for his stage work!! (He's basically in London's version of a Broadway production. He won Best Supporting Actor for it)

- Boy I love my actors. So the actor Harry who played one half of Malec? He's one of the most successful of all the actors I like. He's been in Glee, Crazy Rich Asians, and now is in Grey's Anatomy. But apparently he just filmed something else....a short film where he plays a drag queen!! Why am I so happy about this? Because Harry's career is so good that he can be choosy about roles, so he must've WANTED to do this. Also, he's straight and of course he played a bi character as part of Malec, but I feel like him taking on this drag queen role is a shoutout to his queer fans. (Although who knows? Maybe he only took it because owed the director a favor or something, lol)
