Thanks for the congrats! My boss sent an email to the entire department about the award (someone who was at the event tipped him off), and it's been really nice reading all the email congrats from coworkers too.
I agree - Sarah's suggestions are good. I like them because they are proactive instead of me just sitting around worrying or stewing over it. About burnout - I don't know...I don't feel particuarly burnt out lately. (Though heck, I'd sure love time off to rest; I'll get some around Thanksgiving anyway).
