1. The weekend is here and my weight was within range at my weekly weigh-in! (I mean it always is, but still I try to not take it for granted)

2. Doris and I are going to Mana Food Bar tonight. Love that place!

3. Volunteering at the food pantry this morning

 

And just stating the obvious...another school shooting by a mentally ill teenager who legally purchased a device that only armies and police forces should have, Russia influencing our elections....the national political stage is beyond horrible.
