stormkeeper_lovedoris1. Yay, I wrote more fanfic! My fic writing has been going in fits and spurts, but that's fine with me. I'll go 7 days without writing anything and then get inspired. It works for the format of my fic in which each chapter stands alone; it's basically different glimpses at my OTP's life together. Total words now: 24,000.
2. I mentioned making split pea soup in the Instapot last entry. All I can say is that Doris and I have done an impressive amount of cooking this weekend. Potatoes in the air fryer (which is great because it gets them crispy without using oil). Pumpkin pie. Spaghetti squash. And sauteed greens. Many of the items were from our local CSA (community supported agriculture): the pumpkin, the spaghetti squash, the greens, and some of the items used in the split pea soup.
3. The weather has been lovely. And 6 days till Game Night!
