I've been sleeping well lately too, though I do feel like I've been more tired than usual for some reason. Like, ready to go to bed at like 8:30 or 9. Some mornings I wake up at 5:30 (and try to go back to sleep), sometimes I slept straight through til 7:30 or 8, and tbh I've been terrible about keeping up with my exercise so not sure why I've been so dang tired.
