Computer problems again!

It never fails...the very day I had planned to post the first chapter of my new X-men fic, I'm having computer problems. (Am posting this from my work computer now, and I'd better get back to work fast!) I think and hope that the problem is confined to the monitor alone. It only stays on for 1 second and then switches off, no matter what I do.
I checked that everything is plugged in properly and I believe it is. I can't think of anything else to check on. I guess I'm buying a new monitor this evening.

Date: 2008-03-25 03:29 pm (UTC)Long fics do overwhelm some people, which I know limits my audience. My new X-men fic won't be as long as my old one (which was at least 750,000 words) but it will still be long.
