I feel weird

The weather is gorgeous outside but I'm too sick to enjoy it right now. My head is all stuffed up, I've got no energy, and this feels like one of the stranger colds I've ever had.

It's just a weird time right now. Work isn't too busy right now so it's ok for me to take a sick day. I want to be outside but really can't appreciate the weather, nor do I have the stamina to walk or drive much being sick.

I also have no appetite and no sexual desire. I miss them!! I just am not myself when I am not constantly hungry and horny.

Meanwhile, I am writing a ton and am thrilled with how the words are flowing out of me. I'm at 60,000 words and 143 pages! I want to write even more but I fear that without my sex drive my writing isn't as good as it normally is. I still have lots of passion for this story though. This cold needs to be gone now!

Maybe I can at least catch up on re-watching the X-men animated series episodes.

awwwww. i'm sure it will get better soon, and you know it's best if you stay at home and rest and take care of yourself rather than trying to push yourself and potentially making yourself sicker. pamper yourself, relax, rest, drink plenty of fluids, etc. i know it's the opposite of what you want to be doing, but a little down time is just what the dr ordered right now.

Honestly, I feel like I'm a different person without my urges.

I'm lucky - been checking work email and VM, and it's very slow and I am caught up on all my projects (or was, as of yesterday anyway).
