XTAS Reviews
Aug. 28th, 2010 05:49 amTime for more reviews of XTAS!
So I was kind of bumming with my last review, over the fact that I’ve now reviewed most of Seasons 4, 5, 1, and 2. This post marks the beginning of Season 3. When Season 3 is over, I’ll really miss re-watching and writing about the series.
As I peruse the episode list of Season 3, I get a good reminder that Season 3 is dominated by the Phoenix Saga.
When Season 3 opens, it looks to me like the X-men as a team are in a good place. In Season 1 they worked through a lot of the “storming” and difficult team dynamics. Season 2 proved that they can operate well without Xavier. Now during Season 3, we’ll see the X-men pushed to their limits.
( Today’s episodes are Parts I and II of Out of the Past )
