I think I might get a Fitbit. I have to accept that I eat way larger portions that I should. I haven't tracked my calories since in 20 years and I think I will faint when I see how much I eat each day.
On the good news front, I do workout a lot.
I'm not sure exactly what to get since it looks like they have a mobile app and something else that's $99. I'll have to take a look at the differences.
