Monday notes from Lake Geneva

 

- This AM, I again hiked the short forested trail near our condo. Saw two deer plus a really big mama bird and her babies. 

- Then we had a massage (Doris) and a facial (me) at the spa in the downtown. Doris paid (awww....that was sweet as I was not expecting that. Usually when we go anywhere I pay for pretty much everything)

- And yep, we rehit the Thai place for lunch. Why not? It was right by the spa and it has outdoor seating. And our next order of business was to hike (part of)  the Geneva Lake Shore Path, which also has an entry point right in the downtown. It was so beautiful. Loved it.

- We sure lucked out with this weather. It was hot enough yesterday for that beach trip, and cooler today which made it a good day for walking.

- Back at the condo now and Doris is making smoothies. Yes! Since we leave tomorrow, I'm not sure what else we might do. Feeling 75% sure that the rest of today might be watching Battlestar Gallactica and cooking dinner in the condo.
