I bet. Man, I didn't know buying/selling houses was so complicated until you started posting about it. I'm glad everything worked out. Hee hee, do I send the housewarming toaster now? ^_~

When I was starting my house-hunting 9 years ago, my boss at the time gave me the book "Home Buying for Dummies". That book is absolutely required! Because it is all so complex. There's also a "Home Selling For Dummies".
