maddiec24's fic 'Masquerade'. Why? For one, it's a very original concept - Azazel and Riptide actually get out in public and interact with the community, something they usually can't do because of Azazel's appearance. But the occasion is a Halloween costume party at a 1960's gay club, so this time Azazel fits right in. We so rarely get to see them interact with anyone who's not in the Hellfire Club (or the Brotherhood), and I love how this fic shines a new light on them. The ending is well-crafted too. Please check it out!
