Heaven help me....

I'm at the hotel for my business trip. They don't get the station that Drag Race airs on, and the internet connection is so slow that when I stream an episode from Logotv.com, it plays 5 seconds of content and then pauses for 22.

The front desk tried to help me but they are stuck. They said IT will call me back. They also said I can go to the lobby and it may go faster.

I don't suppose anyone here knows of any miracles?

The new episode of Drag Race will be available at 3am Eastern. I need to see it!!

The hotel showed me a spot where the internet is faster and I can watch videos. Yay! Downside is that it's 3:15, I look like hell, and am in a semi-public place.

Hey - totally unrelated but did you see that they've slashed Wolverine and Hercules in the new Marvel comic?? I saw that and immediately thought of you and your love of X-Men. :)

I thought it was a joke when I first read it! Cool, though. I don't know if Hercules is necessarily the character that some fanfic writers would have slashed Wolverine with, but I have to think that some of the fandom is happy about this turn of events. :)

I could see Wolverine playing for both teams, in all honesty...

Do you base the Wolverine thing off of Wolvie in the comics or TV-Wolvie or movie-version? Just wondering. I've never seen him as possibly bi, but I have always believed that he wouldn't be homophobic, despite what a few others have told me.

I don't know much about comic Hercules, but I heard that he and Northstar had a fling years ago.

I haven't seen the films and I've only seen one or two eps of the TV show, so that interpretation is from the original comics. There wasn't anything in the comic in particular that jumped out at me,

Just a feeling that the character could be paired or sexually involved with either gender and it wouldn't be out of character for him.

You know, I realized that that's actually how I see Gambit instead of Wolverine. I've always thought that Gambit has the capacity to love either gender though I think he leans towards women.

I love hearing how people envision these characters.

When I think of it, I wouldn't be surprised to see Gambit with a boyfriend either. He seems as though he'd go with that in the right circumstances.
