An open letter to ATT

Dear ATT,

I'm on your website, trying to take advantage of your offer for high-speed internet. The reason why I am interested in signing up for high-speed is because I don't currently have it. So can you please explain why your sign-up site is chock full of heavy graphics and other crap that takes TEN FUCKING MINUTES to load in on a dial-up connection??? Isn't everyone else who's going to this sign-up site also currently not on high-speed? So please explain your rationale for putting every graphic, every bell-and-whistle known to humanity on this page that is only relevant to dial-up users! Are you doing it just in case we needed one final push to drop dial-up?
