True, about there being no new canon and fewer new fans. Though I gotta say, my last fandom was Jem, a show that lasted for 3 seasons in the 80's. The last new ep was aired in 1988 and since then there has been nothing -- no movies, comics, books nothing. And yet it does still have a small fandom, 20 years later.
Well, I guess that says it all. Sooner or later the FF fans may also dwindle to that number.
