Gratitude

1. Today was as lovely as I'd hoped! I got to work from home and Doris NEVER works from home, but she did it today due to road flooding. We had "couple time", we (mostly she) cooked, we watched Supergirl. Nice day; Thursdays are never this good. 

2. Speaking of which, I continue to be happy and surprised that Supergirl has gotten so much better than it was at first. 

3. Work is good

It was. Though I have to stress over global climate change. Think of Doris missing work for 2 days due to roads being flooded out. Well, at least she can afford to do so, but what about people who can't? This is going to ruin our economy.

(And Doris needed some files that are up at the office, so even though Fridays she works in the Chicago office, she left super-early Friday morning to get the stuff she needed from her north office. Guess what? The roads were still flooded!)
