1. We've been in Erie since yesterday with Pam and crew and it's been lovely. The weather especially was good; it's been 75 and partly cloudy whereas Chicago has been in the 90's since we left.

2. I should be thankful for the fact that 95% of the time nowadays, I sleep like a baby. I just haven't slept well at this AirBnB though. The bed is weirdly hard and too high up, and the room is hot. I'm very lucky that I sleep well in my own bed

3. And as nice as it is to see Pam and gang, of course i love being home with my kitty and am glad I get to see her tomorrow.

I definitely can't sleep in a hot room. I've actually gotten up in the middle of the night and turned on the air just so I could sleep.
