stormkeeper_lovedoris1. I forgot to write earlier that last weekend, I had all weekend with Doris which is rare. Her parents were out of town so she didn't have her usual Sunday parental visit, and she had Saturday off. So that was awesome.
2. I just love books. Not only did I recently get a good book from a Little Free Library, but I got a surprise in the mail. A couple months ago, Democracy for America had this thing where if you made a donation, they'd send you the book from the presidential candidate of your choice. They warned that it'd take a few months to arrive. I forgot about it. And then yesterday, Mayor Pete's book arrived! (Both of these book things are doubly good for me because my local library branch is closed for remodeling. I stockpiled well beforehand and still have like 8 library books here. But you know. Just in case, it's good to own a few).
3. Mom told me that some big food court opened inside the building I work in. I didn't see it because it's like on the back-end of the (big) building, which I never approach from. Today I finally checked it out, and it's good. I saw at least 2 vendors that had a vegan option. I had dinner at one of them.
