1. I am not okay
2. This is the last season, and I have never been so wrapped up in a show as it's airing
3. Characters who comprise my ships might die
4. The showrunner himself said "Listen, not everyone makes it to the end, but a lot of people do." So yeah, there've been deaths in every season of The 100. It is going to happen.
5. I need to remind myself that I have no control over any of this
6. It's small potatoes in the grand scheme of life
7. Prepare for the worst while hoping for the best
8. Dear god, there are 14 more weeks of this to go through!! Uh, unless my favorites all die before the finale which is possible
