I'm down to 5 paper books. I purchased more so I have 3 en route from Women and Children First, but I really really miss having a library.

The latest word from the library is that they opened a week ago for curbside pick-up, and are contacting people as their orders come in. Mine are all still showing as pending.

One of the books I'm reading currently is an e-book. I'm going to have to hope that way more of my To Read list is available electronically than I think it is! I did find a few more though.

I feel a bit of guilt at buying books, but that's really over the top even for me. At least since March I've saved a ton by not commuting, not getting my hair done, and not getting pedicures. 

I really love books.

EDIT - THE LIBRARY JUST EMAILED!!! TWO OF MY HOLDS ARE IN!!! I AM SO EXCITED!!!

I just started getting notices from my library that the books I've had sitting around since March are due soon so things are really moving!

Yay!!

I was so glad to pick up my 2 items today. The curbside pickup was easy.

And a book that I ordered from Better World Books arrived today. After spending over a week sitting at a distribution center in Indiana, then being shipped to Iowa (uh, you skipped over Chicago), and then finally here.
