X-men First Slash Sequel

So it looks like there’s definitely going to be a sequel to X-men: First Class. (Thanks, calliopes_pen for posting links to articles! She posted several; here’s one.) Sounds like the studio had in mind a set dollar amount it needed to make in order to get a sequel and, surprisingly to me, it only exceeded it by about 5 million.

In my dreams, the working title for the sequel is “Azazel and Riptide: A Love Story” – but in reality, I’d be happy if they had more than eight lines between the two of them this time.

I'm not surprised the movie didn't do as well as it should have. Not because it wasn't good-I thought it was surprisingly good, despite certain flaws. But the economy sucks and people are broke, so there's not as much disposable income being spent on movie-going; plus, people are getting FED UP with how expensive theaters and snack food are. That has to be taken into account when judging how much profit was made.

The sequel will never be called that, I'm afraid. But I'm sure one of the working titles for the sequel is actually "Charles and Erik: A Love Story." ;__;

But I really need Janos to speak in this sequel. I AM SO GLAD THERE IS GOING TO BE A SEQUEL ASDL;FJKACVHKJXHCVKLAIYUWEFR YESSSSSS. But Janos definitely needs to speak so that I can write him better. ALSO, I'm so glad there's gonna be a sequel (and probably another movie, the actors keep saying it will be a trilogy - hopefully it will), so that the fandom will keep on going. <3
